Marjan speciaiises in patent and regulatory law in the life sciences sector.On the patent side, recently she represented Eli Lilly in its patent revocation action against JAI's patent on antibodies to amyloid beta. This year she is representing Merck in the revocation action concerning anti-PD1 antibodies for cancer treatment and Eli Lilly in its defence of its patent on Strattera for the treatment of ADI D.On the regulatory side she has advised on a range of issues, including SPC s, data and market exclusivity, orphan drugs, paediatric extensions and product life cycle management generally, including actions before the UK court and C')EU. 
Marjan graduated in 1991 with a degree in pharmacology (having completed the preclinical years of a degree in medicine) before going on to study law.S he write and speaks extensively on a range of patent and regulatory topics, including giving the "Regulatory Law for lP practitioners" lecture at Oxford University's lP Diploma course.S he is a c o~ author of "An introduction to European Regulatory Rights" in Intellectual Property in the Life Sc iences.
